Terms of Service

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Snappza website (the "Site") and any orders placed with Snappza Truck("Snappza", "we", "us"). By browsing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Snappza is operated out of K Narayanapura Main Road, Bangalore. We may update these Terms from time to time — the latest version will always be posted on this page with an updated date.

2. What we sell

Snappza is a single-location food truck preparing sandwiches, egg chaat, juices and other items listed on the menu. We sell only from our own kitchen — no franchisees, no resellers. All food is prepared fresh at the truck at the time of order.

Menu, prices and availability change frequently and may differ based on time of day, stock, weather, and operating hours. We reserve the right to remove items, change recipes or pause the kitchen at any time.

3. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. By placing an order you confirm the contact details and delivery address you provide are accurate. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, repeated abuse, or addresses outside our delivery zone.

4. Delivery area & timing

• We deliver only within a 2.5 km radius of the truck at K Narayanapura Main Road.
• Estimated delivery times (typically under 20 minutes) are shown on the Site as guidance only and may vary with kitchen queue, traffic, weather and rider availability.
• If we cannot deliver to your address for any reason — wrong pin-drop, unreachable building, customer not available — the order may be marked as undelivered and is not eligible for refund.

5. Orders, pricing & payment

• Minimum order value is ₹150.
• All prices on the Site are in Indian Rupees and inclusive of applicable GST. We do not charge delivery fees or platform fees.
• Payments are processed online only, through Razorpay (UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, wallets). We do not accept cash on delivery.
• An order is confirmed only after we receive successful payment confirmation from Razorpay. Until then, no preparation begins.

6. Cancellations

Because every order is cooked to order, cancellations are only possible while the order is still in the queue and preparation has not started. Once an order moves to "Preparing", it cannot be cancelled. To request a cancellation, email us at contact@snappza.in immediately after placing the order.

7. Refunds

We do not refund orders that have been successfully delivered. We do refund the following at our discretion, within 5–7 working days:

• Payment failures where money was debited but no order was created on our system.
• Duplicate or double charges for the same order.
• Orders cancelled by us (e.g. truck closure, item unavailable mid-prep).

To request a refund, email contact@snappza.in with your order ID and Razorpay payment reference.

8. Food, allergens & dietary information

Snappza operates an FSSAI-licensed kitchen (Lic. 21226177002513). While we follow strict hygiene and preparation standards, our kitchen handles eggs, dairy, gluten, nuts, soy and other common allergens in shared equipment. Cross-contact is possible and we cannot guarantee any item is free from a specific allergen.

Nutritional information (calories, protein) and ingredient lists on the Site are estimates intended as a guide. If you have a severe allergy or medical condition, please confirm details with us before ordering at contact@snappza.in.

Once food is delivered, it should be consumed promptly. We are not liable for any issue caused by food kept beyond a reasonable time, reheated improperly or stored incorrectly after delivery.

9. Use of the Site

You agree not to misuse the Site — including but not limited to attempting to scrape data, bypass payment, place fraudulent orders, or interfere with the live tracking or admin systems. We may suspend or block accounts and addresses involved in such activity.

10. Intellectual property

The Snappza name, logo, menu copy, photographs, illustrations and website design are owned by Snappza. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them for any commercial purpose without our written permission.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Snappza's total liability for any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (lost time, missed events, etc.) arising from delays, undelivered orders, or food quality concerns beyond a refund or replacement.

12. Privacy

Your personal information is handled per our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.
